Identifying markets and talking to customers takes practice. This workshop will show you the basics and help you practice your approach. At the end of it you will have clarified where to focus your activity, how to make an approach, and learned the golden rules of selling. This is a really practical session to help get you started.
This session takes you through the preparation for public sector tendering, and what you need to have in place. Here we look at practising a simple tender exercise and how to write a winning response. This workshop is very useful for anyone who would like to provide services to the local authority on contracts and who may find themselves having to compete for contracts.
What exactly is a Social Enterprise? And why is it different from any other type of business? If you are interested in finding out, or are thinking of starting your own or branching out into one, then this workshop is for you! It will explain what you need to do to set up a social enterprise, who you can talk to for help, and what other business help and support is available.
